Please join us for The GROW (Girls Reaching Others Worldwide) Foundation’s annual reception highlighting our grant recipients and our yearlong community partnerships.
Our giving cycle this year generated a record 35 proposals asking for over $80,000. Our 73 Middle and Upper School members raised over $10,000 and awarded an additional $4,000 to programs serving the needs of at-risk adolescent girls and young women through their partnership with the Crittenton Foundation and $1,500 to educational programming through the Sally Tremaine North 1937 Memorial Endowment Fund. Proceeds from this event will benefit the GROW Foundation’s 2016 grantees.
Arrive between 5-5:45 p.m. to enjoy light appetizers and to view the art exhibit created by our students and our friends from East End Neighborhood House, New Avenues to Independence, St. Ignatius Head Start, and West Side Community House’s Sisterhood Program.
Following the reception, we will create a community mural to celebrate our time together.
