Hathaway Brown senior Skylar Luke is a recipient of the 2014 Better Business Bureau Students of Integrity scholarship. She was selected to receive $1,000 toward tuition for the college of her choice.
Skylar was honored along with other scholarship winners at the Better Business Bureau's Annual Meeting on December 4. She was selected from a wide pool of exceptional applicants. The program is an essay-based competition for students in the BBB’s five-county service area who personify ethics through leadership, community service, and actions.
This year, judges sifted through scores of submissions from talented students in dozens of regional high schools before they determined the four Students of Integrity and 10 Honorable Mention awardees. Congratulations, Skylar!
